Our Mission

LeadWell Consulting was created and led by Marc Cardenas.  LeadWell believes that regardless of the industry, every organization faces the same challenges when creating, developing, and leading teams.  Over the course of 20 years, Mr. Cardenas’ experience spans various organizations, private sector companies, government agencies, and educational institutions.

There are several motivating factors for the creation of LeadWell.  First and foremost, we are passionate about unlocking leadership skills within people to help them strengthen their organizations, no matter what the industry.
